Genpact – Management Trainee – O2C Job Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate Purchase Order (PO) requests for billing orders
- Engage with clients to gather feedback and offer support as needed
- Manage O2C tasks, including collections, dispute management, and strategic enforcement
- Communicate with end customers via calls and emails to collect overdue payments
- Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and yearly collection targets are met
- Maintain relationships with customers and regional financial directors through various communication channels (e-mail, fax, conference calls)
- Lead and participate in governance meetings at country/regional levels
- Collaborate with team members to meet deliverables, while encouraging process development and standardization
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities through Lean and Six Sigma projects
